Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products to customers.

Promote and manage merchandise effectively, including cross-selling and up-selling to maximize sales.

Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve product offerings.

Stay informed about current beauty trends, product ranges, and promotional events.

Manage stock efficiently and maintain high standards of housekeeping and administration in the beauty department.

Ensure consistent adherence to in-store visual merchandising and presentation standards.

Act as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, professional, and visible customer service.

Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.

Support the promotion of private label and exclusive products to increase profitability and brand loyalty.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.

Relevant beauty or skincare qualification is desirable.

Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing environments is an advantage.
