Job Description
Job Purpose:
To financially support and develop students pursuing a BCom in Industrial Psychology, providing them with academic funding, practical exposure, and long-term career opportunities within the Human Capital division of VKB Group.Key Responsibilities:
Enroll in and successfully complete a BCom in Industrial Psychology at a recognized South African university
Maintain good academic performance according to the bursary requirements
Complete vacation work at VKB’s regional offices during university breaks
Be willing to relocate after graduation for potential employment or work-back service within the group
Embrace VKB’s mission of developing people and contributing to organisational transformation and HR development
Qualifications & Experience Required:
For Grade 12 Applicants:
Valid South African ID
National Senior Certificate with a minimum 70% average
Upload Grade 11 and current Grade 12 results
For Tertiary Students:
Enrolled in a BCom Industrial Psychology programme at an accredited institution
Minimum 60% average in major subjects
Submit complete academic transcript, including latest 2025 results
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to complete vacation work at a VKB office
Willingness to relocate post-studies if employed by VKB
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
