- Flights
- Accommodation
- Transport
- Travel insurance
Travel Administration
- Provide detailed invoices (with order numbers & names)
- Prepare travel itineraries
- Ensure accurate documentation
Cost Management
- Source cost-effective travel options
- Support municipal cost-containment strategies
Support Services
- Handle cancellations and changes
- Provide 24/7 emergency travel support
- Assist with all travel-related queries
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to:
- Travel regulations
- International travel standards
- Municipal policies
REQUIREMENTS
Compliance Documents

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in travel services

Qualifications & Accreditation (Advantage)
- National Diploma in Travel & Tourism
- Accreditation with:
- International Air Transport Association (IATA)
- Association of South African Travel Agents (ASATA)
