Old Mutual is looking for an Advancing Financial Adviser to provide excellent customer service, assist with financial needs clarification, and support business development in the Vanderbijlpark and Sasolburg areas. Responsibilities:
Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries
Assess compliance with established standards for routine queries
Receive visitors and assist with information requests, escalating complex issues as needed
Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) data, noting follow-up actions and sales calls
Interview customers using sales scripts to clarify needs
Develop customer relationships through telephone or face-to-face engagement
Resolve customer queries and complaints as a first point of contact
Follow mandatory procedures to maintain quality and regulatory compliance
Support routine business development tasks by following established procedures
Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations
Input and manage data efficiently in spreadsheets and standard formats
Participate in networking inside and outside the company to build influence
Skills and Competencies:
Consultative selling, customer feedback management, customer focus
Customer understanding, evaluating information, identifying needs and sales opportunities
Oral communication, probing questions, qualifying prospects

Education:
NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
