Responsibilities:
Plan daily sales activities and complete administrative tasks
Prepare and follow a call cycle plan
Maintain outlet standards and brand image
Generate and negotiate suggested orders
Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies
Manage and optimize storage and merchandising operations
Train, develop, and manage a team of merchandisers
Monitor and improve team performance
Qualifications:
National Diploma or Advanced Certificate
Fluent in Business English
Computer literate (Intermediate level)
Code 10 driver’s license
Willing to travel and stay overnight as needed
Experience working with senior management
Proven ability to apply sales concepts, techniques, and best practices
