Taylor Made Foods is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our production facility. This role involves a blend of administrative, financial, and inventory management duties essential to the smooth functioning of the business. Job Title: Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
Process weekly/fortnightly/monthly payroll timesheets accurately
Manage and reconcile company expenses, including petty cash and card statements
Handle daily administrative queries and requests
Obtain supplier quotes and place orders for approved equipment and consumables
Manage shipment logistics and track deliveries
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
Support inventory and stock management processes, including capturing goods received and verifying deliveries
Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or financial support role (preferably in manufacturing, production, or FMCG)
Experience with inventory management and GRV processes preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel at intermediate to advanced level)
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
