Exciting Opportunity: eLearning Designer Eduvos
The eLearning Designer will play a key role in creating engaging, effective, and innovative digital learning experiences for Eduvos students. This role requires the application of instructional design principles, educational technology, and multimedia tools to develop interactive and impactful content. The incumbent will collaborate with academic and technical teams to produce eLearning materials, ensure quality assurance, and leverage analytics for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualise and design digital templates, applying instructional design best practices.
Train stakeholders on new teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
Produce digital learning resources (storyboards, simulations, videos, assessments, badges).
Conduct quality assurance checks on digital content.
Use data analytics to improve learning experiences and knowledge retention.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Minimum Requirements:
Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Technology, Instructional Technology, Educational Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ instructional design experience.
Minimum 1 year’s experience in educational technology or a related field.
Functional Competencies:
Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
Knowledge of current educational technology trends and tools.
Proficiency in developing eLearning curriculum, tutorials, and assessments.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop/Illustrator.
LMS experience (preferably Moodle).
Experience in Unity/Unreal game engines, UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XR), HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Ability to write scripts, create videos, and produce simulations.
