Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, solution-driven short-term insurance advice and services to clients.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, bankers, insurers, and life advisers.

Meet and exceed sales and growth targets within a virtual advice and hybrid work environment.

Apply sound practice management principles and ensure compliance with FAIS and regulatory standards.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.

Respond to customer requests promptly while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Minimum Qualifications

FSCA-approved qualification relevant to financial advice.

Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as required by FAIS.

Must attest to honesty, integrity, and good standing.
Minimum Experience
-
At least 2 years’ experience in short-term personal lines insurance sales.
Education Requirement

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
Competencies

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid/virtual environment.
