Responsibilities:
Provide pharmaceutical care services within scope of practice
Deliver high standards of customer service and care
Perform efficient stock control, repacking of medicine, and dispensary administration
Conduct accurate compounding and offer general health advice
Maintain high housekeeping standards and merchandise display
Fulfill ad hoc tasks as per operational requirements
Qualifications:
Matric with Mathematics (Essential)
Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant
Relevant experience in pharmacy dispensing and administration
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of OTC products and health isle items
Understanding of SAPC regulations and legal compliance
Customer service orientation
Integrity and ethical work practices
Accuracy, attention to detail, and basic calculation skills
Computer literacy (MS Office, business systems)
Ability to work well in a team, plan and organize, and follow procedures
