    Tender Objective

    The objective of this RFQ is to appoint a qualified Occupational Health Service Provider to supply and administer the third (final) dose of the Combined Hepatitis A & B Vaccine to employees who are exposed to biological hazards while performing wastewater and sewage-related duties.

    The vaccination programme is intended to protect employees who work in environments involving:

    • Raw sewage
    • Wastewater treatment facilities
    • Sludge handling
    • Sewer spillages
    • Sewer pump stations
    • Wastewater infrastructure maintenance

    Scope of Work

    The successful service provider will be required to:

    Vaccine Supply

    • Supply approved Combined Hepatitis A & B vaccines.
    • Ensure vaccines comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

    Vaccine Administration

    • Administer the third (final) vaccine dose to identified employees.
    • Ensure vaccinations are conducted by qualified healthcare professionals.

    Vaccination Programme Management

    • Coordinate vaccination schedules.
    • Verify employees who previously received the first and second doses.
    • Maintain accurate vaccination records.

    Reporting

    • Provide a consolidated vaccination report.
    • Record employee vaccination status.
    • Submit relevant compliance documentation.

    Technical Requirements

    The service provider must provide:

    Approved Vaccines

    • Legally approved Combined Hepatitis A & B vaccines.
    • Proper cold-chain management and storage procedures.

    Qualified Medical Personnel

    Vaccinations must be administered by:
