Job Overview
Relay Jeans, part of TFG, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead its Phuthaditjhaba store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, controlling expenses and stock losses, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive turnover and achieve store sales targets.
- Control and manage store expenses.
- Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage staff.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- Implement in-store merchandising strategies and standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, organise and direct daily store activities.
- Improve work processes and maintain accountability for performance.
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience.
- At least 1 year of store leadership/management experience.
