    The Specialist: Broker Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and support to brokers and independent financial advisors (IFAs), fostering trust and enhancing the sale of Liberty products. The role involves maintaining and growing business relationships, driving market share, and achieving defined sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide specialist advice and support to brokers and IFAs to build trust and encourage the sale of Liberty products.

    • Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships to increase market share.

    • Provide product training to partners, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and enabling suitable client recommendations.

    • Resolve obstacles in new business and servicing processes to improve broker/IFA satisfaction.

    • Conduct basic competitor analyses to assess product positioning and market opportunities.

    • Develop insights into client needs and solutions to strengthen advisory relationships.

    • Ensure adherence to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles and compliance with governance and company policies.

    • Contribute to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (or equivalent professional qualification).

    • 2–3 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally in insurance or financial services.

    • Understanding of insurance principles, products, and services.
