About the Role
The role focuses on:
- Assisting with special event activations
- Driving and operating event vehicles
- Delivering and collecting stock and equipment
- Supporting event branding and setup
- Representing the company professionally during public events
The successful candidate will report to the Special Events Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities
Event Support
- Assist with planning and coordination of special events
- Help set up event branding and promotional equipment
- Support event activations according to company standards
- Carry out daily event schedules and activities
Vehicle Operations
- Drive roadshow and delivery trucks
- Ensure vehicles and event assets are maintained properly
- Conduct stock deliveries and collections
Customer Service & Brand Representation
- Represent CCBSA professionally in public
- Interact positively with customers and event attendees
- Play suitable music genres aligned with target markets and events
Asset & Safety Management
- Help maintain event equipment and branding assets
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 2 years driving experience in FMCG
- Code EC driver’s license
- Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
- Valid medical certificate
Additional Requirements
- Criminal and credit checks will be conducted
- Experience in event activation is advantageous
