Project Objective
The municipality aims to appoint a panel of up to two service providers to provide comprehensive security services over a three-year period.
The selected providers will ensure the protection of municipal property, personnel, and infrastructure through professional security operations.
Scope of Work
The successful bidders may be responsible for:
- Guarding and patrolling municipal facilities
- Access control services
- Surveillance and monitoring
- Incident management and reporting
- Emergency response and security communication
- Prevention of theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Maintaining safety and security standards at municipal sites
Technical Requirements
Bidders must provide:
- Trained and qualified security personnel
- Security equipment, uniforms, and operational tools
- Incident reporting and communication systems
- Compliance with municipal safety and security requirements

Skills & Experience Required
