Job Description
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Senior Reaction Officer to join its team in Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment of armed response vehicles, assisting with responses to alarm activations and ensuring the effective operational functioning of a shift.
This position is suited to a security professional who is able to work effectively under pressure, respond quickly to incidents and maintain a high level of professionalism and safety while performing armed response duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage the deployment of armed response vehicles.
- Assist with responding to alarm activations.
- Support the operational functioning of the assigned shift.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security-related incidents.
- Assist with maintaining effective armed response operations.
- Ensure that response duties are carried out in accordance with company procedures and security requirements.
- Support the team in maintaining effective operational coverage.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Valid driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.
- Valid Firearm Competency Certificate for Business Purposes.
- PSIRA Registered Grade B with Armed Response.
- Clear criminal record.
