    As a Sales Supervisor, you will manage a campus-based sales team, implement targeted sales strategies, and ensure growth in student numbers. You will also act as a Higher Education Consultant/Corporate Marketer, engaging directly with prospective students and corporate clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy & Implementation:

    • Drive the adoption of Eduvos’ value-add strategy across all student markets

    • Plan and execute campus events, analyse feedback, and ensure high-quality attendee experiences

    Operations Management:

    • Conduct competitor and market analysis at a campus level

    • Identify new local markets and drive targeted corporate marketing initiatives

    • Maintain and monitor budgets and operational plans

    • Provide detailed reporting, address escalations, and implement corrective actions

    • Manage team resources, assignments, and workload

    Leadership & People Management:

    • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members

    • Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide mentorship

    • Foster a high-energy, motivated, and accountable team culture

    • Ensure clear communication and high levels of engagement

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with internal departments and maintain strong external relationships

    • Represent Eduvos in a professional and solution-oriented manner

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or Commerce (Required)

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing leadership role

    • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams (5+ members)

    • Experience in higher education is highly advantageous
