Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Implementation:

Drive the adoption of Eduvos’ value-add strategy across all student markets

Plan and execute campus events, analyse feedback, and ensure high-quality attendee experiences
Operations Management:

Conduct competitor and market analysis at a campus level
-
Identify new local markets and drive targeted corporate marketing initiatives

Maintain and monitor budgets and operational plans
-
Provide detailed reporting, address escalations, and implement corrective actions

Manage team resources, assignments, and workload
Leadership & People Management:

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
-
Monitor team performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide mentorship

Foster a high-energy, motivated, and accountable team culture

Ensure clear communication and high levels of engagement
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal departments and maintain strong external relationships

Represent Eduvos in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or Commerce (Required)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing leadership role

Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams (5+ members)

Experience in higher education is highly advantageous
