    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans aligned with regional objectives

    • Regularly update and report on strategic plans

    • Set, communicate, and monitor sales targets for representatives

    Team Recruitment & Development:

    • Recruit and assess new sales representatives in line with FSCA requirements

    • Facilitate onboarding, training, and continuous skills development

    • Provide coaching and technical support to enhance selling skills

    • Implement performance management and recognition strategies

    Broker Engagement:

    • Provide brokers with up-to-date product knowledge and marketing material

    • Support brokers with admin queries and ensure systems are updated

    • Build strong professional relationships and assist with compliance requirements

    Market Development:

    • Identify new markets and grow existing market share

    • Negotiate and manage stop-order markets

    • Conduct product presentations and retain clients through value-added service

    Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure all representatives comply with FAIS requirements and are properly supervised

    • Submit monthly supervision reports

    • Monitor and address client complaints and ensure compliance with audit standards

    • Lead with integrity and provide guidance to help your team succeed

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education & Certifications:

    • Matric (Grade 12)

    • Relevant qualification recognized by FSCA

    • RE5 (Representatives)

    • RE1 (Key Individuals)

    • Class of Business training (Long-Term Insurance & Investments)

    • CPD compliance

    Experience:

    • 1 year of management and oversight experience in categories A, B1, B2, C, etc.

    • 2 years of project management experience

    • 2 years in the insurance industry

    • 1 year of advisory/intermediary experience in the relevant categories
