Scope of Work:

Repair and renovation of the existing cell block infrastructure.

Contractor Requirements:

Must possess a minimum CIDB contractor grading of 2GB or higher.

Compliance with all submission procedures including tender sealing, addressing, and delivery as specified.

Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting is mandatory.
