Summary:
The Store Manager leads and manages a PEP retail store by driving sales, controlling costs, managing stock, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires someone who can maintain exceptional store standards, handle administrative responsibilities, and lead a team of “Dynamos” through training, coaching, and performance management.
Core Responsibilities:

Increase sales through customer service and high store standards.

Implement promotional activities and manage stock effectively.

Minimise stock losses through good store culture and correct procedures.

Drive cost-saving initiatives in line with PEP’s low-cost business model.

Complete all store admin according to company guidelines.

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.

Maintain high standards in health, safety, and housekeeping.
Requirements:

Grade 12
-
English proficiency

A retail or business qualification (advantageous)

1–2 years of retail leadership experience (ideal)
