Role Overview:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of maize and finished products. Maintain inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Train new staff and liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements:

National Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4)

4–5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution environment

Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport

Strong skills in stock rotation, housekeeping, and safety compliance
Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily activities
-
Maintain accurate inventory and proper stock rotation
-
Implement and uphold housekeeping and safety standards

Assist with loading/unloading materials

Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
-
Train new employees on procedures and safety protocols

Liaise with production and logistics for smooth operations

Ensure warehouse targets are achieved
