    Job Purpose:

    To provide administrative support and maintain operational efficiency while using advanced Excel skills to manage data, reporting, and documentation. You’ll be at the center of communication, coordination, and data-driven support for multiple departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and update Excel spreadsheets using formulas, pivot tables, and other data functions.

    • Produce clear and accurate reports for decision-making.

    • Record, organise, and distribute meeting notes promptly.

    • Manage emails, calls, and client queries with professionalism.

    • Maintain and organise accurate digital records and databases.

    • Assist in cross-departmental projects to keep everything on schedule.

    • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document prep, and file management.

    • Continuously look for tools or systems to improve efficiency and workflow.

    • Maintain strict confidentiality in all tasks.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 3 years in an administrative or operations support role.
    • Advanced Excel proficiency – including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting.
    •  Strong Microsoft Office/365 skills.
    •  Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
    •  Well-organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
    •  Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
    •  Familiar with CRM systems or similar platforms (advantageous).
    •  Own reliable laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated home workspace.
    • Backup solutions in place for connectivity issues (e.g. mobile data, UPS, etc.).
