Job Overview:
PEP is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team at their PEP Home store in Kroonstad (5716). The successful candidate will drive store performance by increasing sales, managing stock and costs, and leading a team of Dynamos in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining world-class store standards

Ensure the store image and merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines

Manage stock levels and implement promotional activities effectively

Minimise stock loss through strict security, stock handling, and cash control procedures

Control and reduce operational costs by applying PEP’s low-cost culture
-
Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company procedures

Lead and develop a team through coaching, training, and performance management
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment by upholding health, safety, and housekeeping standards
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
A tertiary qualification in Business or Retail Management will be an advantage
Experience:
-
1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership or management role
Skills:
-
Proficient in English
-
Computer literate (Microsoft Office or Google GSuite advantageous)

Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills

Excellent customer service orientation
