Job Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and managing overall store operations. This includes leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, controlling costs, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve turnover targets
Control store expenses
Manage stock losses and reduce shrinkage
Lead and manage staff (recruitment, training, performance)
Execute merchandising strategies and maintain store standards
Deliver strong customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
At least 3 years retail experience
Minimum 1 year in a leadership/management role
