The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the dealership’s service department. Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and manage vehicle service bookings and appointments.

Provide accurate cost estimates and explain service requirements clearly.

Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor service progress and timelines.

Communicate updates to customers and maintain transparent service information.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services.

Prepare and maintain detailed service records and documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair processes

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
