Introduction:
A prominent financial services group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Finance Sales Consultant to join their team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for external sales and business development, with a specific focus on offering tailored home loan solutions to new and existing clients through lead generation and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and prospect potential home loan clients through personal marketing, lead providers (agents/originators), and networks
Conduct needs-based selling and present tailor-made home finance packages
Convert leads from other financial institutions or new opportunities
Explain the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and effectively close deals
Ensure ongoing client follow-up and relationship management
Handle the application process, data capture, and file construction
Build and maintain strong networks with estate agents, developers, attorneys, and other partners
Use creative and community-driven marketing techniques to generate leads (activations, events, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
Minimum of 2+ years external sales experience in:
Home Loans
Real Estate
Insurance
Financial Services
Proven track record in self-sourced lead generation and conversion
Stable employment history required
Must have a clear criminal and credit record
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license – Essential

Remuneration:
