Job Purpose:
Ensure efficient dispensary operations and excellent pharmaceutical care to meet sales and compliance targets, offering a competitive advantage for Clicks.
Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing & Advice: Deliver high-quality, accurate dispensing and professional advice in line with SAPC regulations.

Operations: Manage stock, reduce shrinkage, maintain housekeeping, and ensure compliance.

Business Targets: Drive dispensary and clinic targets.

Team Leadership: Support training of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns.

Customer Service: Enhance customer experience and loyalty through excellent service.

Stakeholder Relations: Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and centre managers.

Healthcare Integration: Collaborate with clinic and healthcare aisles to offer holistic care.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: SAPC-registered Pharmacist

Desirable:

Retail pharmacy experience

Knowledge of Unisolve system
