Position Summary:

You’ll be supporting marketing and sales operations while promoting Marriott’s brand image. Key responsibilities focus on guest engagement, promotional sales, internal communication, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Guest Interaction & Promotion:

• Promote Marriott’s brand and guest experience enhancements

• Upsell services and encourage bookings for preview package sales/tours

• Verify guests’ eligibility for vacation club promotions

• Offer rewards or complimentaries (e.g., points, event tickets)

• Answer guest inquiries about services and amenities

 Communication & Administration:

• Handle calls, relay accurate messages, and respond professionally

• Maintain clear written records and documentation

• Support sales team with admin and coordination tasks

 Teamwork & Customer Service:

• Work collaboratively across departments

• Address guest needs proactively and courteously

• Uphold Marriott service standards in personal conduct and interactions

 Company Standards:

• Follow all policies and ensure professional appearance

• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
