    Job Overview:

    EPX Courier Services is seeking a professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Call Centre Agent to join their team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing courier bookings, resolving queries, and providing outstanding customer service. This position is suited for individuals with previous experience in the courier industry, who are able to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Book and follow up on courier collections across various branches.

    • Handle general and escalated queries from clients, branches, and agents.

    • Maintain continuous follow-ups on existing queries until resolved.

    • Perform general administrative duties.

    • Report directly to the Branch Manager.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience in courier services is preferred.

    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).

    • Knowledge of courier software (e.g., Parcel Perfect) is advantageous.

    • Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

    • Computer literate with a strong attention to detail.

    • Reliable, professional, and well presented.

    • Able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

    • Customer service focused with a proactive attitude.

    • Must have own transport.
