Key Responsibilities

Provide legal administrative support to attorneys

Handle a broad range of legal office services under attorney supervision

Open and manage legal case files
-
Scan, copy, file, and allocate new legal instructions

Maintain legal deadlines and attorney calendars

Process cheque requests and reconciliations

Prepare monthly legal reports

General secretarial duties
Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in legal or administrative support
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Able to work under pressure
-
Fully bilingual with strong communication skills

High accuracy and attention to detail
