    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide legal administrative support to attorneys

    • Handle a broad range of legal office services under attorney supervision

    • Open and manage legal case files

    • Scan, copy, file, and allocate new legal instructions

    • Maintain legal deadlines and attorney calendars

    • Process cheque requests and reconciliations

    • Prepare monthly legal reports

    • General secretarial duties

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal or administrative support

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Able to work under pressure

    • Fully bilingual with strong communication skills

    • High accuracy and attention to detail
