Job Purpose
This 12-month learnership programme is designed to provide theoretical and practical training in the wholesale and retail distribution sector, leading to a National Certificate qualification. The programme is specifically targeted at unemployed youth living with a disability (PWD) who have completed Grade 12 / Matric.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 – Essential
Unemployed status
Person living with a disability (PWD), including certain chronic conditions
Age between 18 and 35 years
South African citizen
Able to commit to 12 months of training

Key Responsibilities
Attend all classroom and training contact sessions
Complete on-the-job practical training as per schedule
Compile and submit a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) demonstrating competency
Provide general support to the team under the supervision of a manager
Successfully meet all learnership competency and assessment criteria
