Job Purpose
This 12-month learnership programme is designed to provide theoretical and practical training in the wholesale and retail distribution sector, leading to a National Certificate qualification. The programme is specifically targeted at unemployed youth living with a disability (PWD) who have completed Grade 12 / Matric.

Key Responsibilities

Attend all classroom and training contact sessions

Complete on-the-job practical training as per schedule

Provide general support to the team under the supervision of a manager

Successfully meet all learnership competency and assessment criteria
