A leading mining client seeks an experienced General Engineering Supervisor (TMM) to lead and manage their underground Trackless Mobile Machinery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising engineering artisans and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance of all TMM equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance, repair, and reliability of all underground TMM equipment.

Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
-
Ensure compliance with mining standards, engineering specifications, and safety legislation.

Lead and supervise engineering teams, including training, performance monitoring, and quality control.

Conduct inspections, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis on TMM equipment.

Optimise equipment performance (LHDs, Drill Rigs, Bolters, Agi-cars, Shotcreters, Telehandlers, Charging Units, etc.).

Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Promote a safety-focused engineering culture.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

National Diploma OR N6 (Mechanical/Electrical).

Section 26 Recognised Trade Certificate – Diesel Mechanic or equivalent.

5+ years in a Foreman or Supervisory engineering role.
