Job Purpose
To prepare and serve KFC products according to the brand’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), while maintaining strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. The role is customer-facing and ensures that every guest receives hot, fresh, and safe food – delivered quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble menu items (e.g., chicken, burgers, fries) to KFC quality standards

Operate kitchen equipment safely and hygienically

Follow all safety, health, and food hygiene guidelines (as per HACCP & KFC policy)

Serve customers at the front counter or drive-thru when required

Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitized at all times

Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory checks

Support team members and supervisors during peak hours

Follow instructions from shift leaders and managers
Work Environment
