Job Purpose
To prepare and serve KFC products according to the brand’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), while maintaining strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. The role is customer-facing and ensures that every guest receives hot, fresh, and safe food – delivered quickly and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
No formal qualification required
Previous experience in fast food or customer service is advantageous
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
Physically fit – the role involves standing, lifting, and working in a kitchen environment
Good hygiene and grooming standards
Skills & Competencies

Food preparation and handling
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience

Adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and COVID-19 regulations
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items (e.g., chicken, burgers, fries) to KFC quality standards
Operate kitchen equipment safely and hygienically
Follow all safety, health, and food hygiene guidelines (as per HACCP & KFC policy)
Serve customers at the front counter or drive-thru when required
Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitized at all times
Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory checks
Support team members and supervisors during peak hours
Follow instructions from shift leaders and managers
Work Environment
Fast-paced kitchen and service area
Requires standing for long periods, using hot equipment, and lifting moderate weights
Shift-based work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
