Job Purpose
To ensure the efficient and timely delivery of rental vehicles that meet Europcar’s quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, while maintaining excellent customer service and protecting the company’s brand and assets.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 – Essential

Valid Code 8 (B) driver’s license – Must be at least 2 years old & unendorsed

Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience

Basic computer literacy – Must be able to use basic digital systems

Ability to read a map and follow directions accurately

Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends – Essential flexibility

Key Responsibilities
-
Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet Europcar standards
-
Perform vehicle quality checks, e.g. expired licenses, damages
-
Check tyre pressure, oil, water, fuel, and other essential fluids
-
Deliver and collect vehicles as per procedures and customer needs
-
Handle check-ins and inspections upon vehicle return
-
Keep vehicle yard and premises tidy and organized
-
Act as a brand ambassador, always upholding company values and customer care ethics

Perform ad hoc duties as required by management
Work Environment

On-site at the Europcar branch and surrounding areas
-
May require physical effort (cleaning, walking long distances, etc.)

Flexible work hours based on business needs – especially over holidays and weekends
