This role is ideal for ambitious graduates in medical science fields as well as experienced pharmaceutical sales professionals who are passionate about healthcare, relationship building, and career growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Austell’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong professional relationships, and driving product awareness and sales within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and detail Austell’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals

Build and maintain strong, ethical, and professional relationships with key stakeholders

Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory sales targets

Schedule and conduct regular medical detailing visits

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Stay informed about product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends

Attend training sessions, conferences, and product launches

Represent Austell in a professional and compliant manner at all times
Minimum Requirements

A degree or diploma in a medical science field, such as:

Pharmacology

Biochemistry
-
Biomedical Science
-
Microbiology
-
or a related discipline

OR proven experience in pharmaceutical sales / doctor detailing

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to travel extensively

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
