    Introduction / Purpose of the Role:

    A dynamic, fast-growing UK-based design and construction group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to drive the online growth and brand presence of multiple luxury design and construction brands. These include high-end kitchens, residential architecture, interiors, and steel/glass solutions.

    The ideal candidate will take full ownership of paid and organic strategies, content creation, and multi-brand marketing execution, with a strong focus on the UK market. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where results matter — measured by reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for each brand.

    • Manage and optimise campaigns across:

      • Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

      • SEO

      • PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

      • Email marketing

      • Content marketing

    • Create engaging content that aligns with each brand’s voice and audience.

    • Oversee website performance, ensuring SEO best practices and UX standards.

    • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools; report insights and optimise for ROI.

    • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and target regions.

    • Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.

    • Stay updated on UK digital marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)

    Experience:

    • 5–10 years experience in digital marketing, with measurable results.

    • Proven experience in UK markets (either via past roles or freelance work).

    • Hands-on track record with:

      • SEO & PPC

      • Social media management

      • Email marketing

      • Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

    • Experience with brand development and content creation.

    • Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills

    • Strong analytical mindset

    • Eye for design, branding, and user experience

    • Results-oriented with high accountability

    • Self-motivated and proactive

    Remuneration / Salary:

    R35 000 – R65 000 per month
    (Based on skills and experience)
