Job Overview
The 24 Hour Flexi Sales Associate is a customer-facing retail role responsible for driving showroom sales through excellent customer service, strong product knowledge, and effective sales techniques. The role focuses on converting walk-in customers into buyers, managing the full customer journey, and ensuring accurate order processing and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Convert showroom visitors into customers through effective sales engagement and product demonstrations.

Lead sales activations in surrounding areas to attract new customers and increase foot traffic.

Manage the full customer journey, including account opening, order processing, payments, refunds, and credits.

Accurately assess customer needs and clearly communicate product features, pricing, and promotions.

Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation, administration, and reporting.

Ensure the showroom remains clean, organised, and visually appealing.

Provide feedback and insights to improve store processes and customer experience.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 / Matric (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of retail experience

Experience in homewares retail (advantageous)
Compliance Requirements

Clear criminal record and ITC record (mandatory)

Must not be debarred or declared not fit and proper under the FAIS Act
Availability

Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
