    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the regional fleet of feed tankers

    • Ensure efficient, compliant operations while maintaining high standards of safety and cost-effectiveness

    • Lead, manage, and supervise transport staff within the region

    • Coordinate the transportation of goods effectively across regions

    • Maintain regulatory compliance across all transport operations

    • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

    • Prepare and analyze operational and financial performance reports

    • Address client queries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service

    Skills and Characteristics:

    • Excellent staff management and leadership capabilities

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • High attention to detail and quality-driven mindset

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the transport industry as a fleet scheduler (Essential)
