    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team

    • Handle client liaison and communication professionally

    • Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow

    • Assist with financial tasks and report generation

    • Ensure document accuracy and control

    • Maintain and update the CRM system

    • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and internal coordination

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)

    • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Finance (Advantageous)

    • Strong numerical literacy and understanding of financial processes

    • Valid driver’s licence (Preferred – for occasional client visits or events)

    • Fully bilingual – MUST be fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)

    • Excellent attention to detail – Accuracy is critical

    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Experience with CRM systems or internal sales/order systems (Advantageous)

    • Confident working with quotes, pricing structures, and invoicing

    • Professional verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment

    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

    • Problem-solving mindset – proactive in resolving issues before they escalate
