    Technical Requirements

      • Water Use Licences (WULA)
      • Environmental Authorisations
    • Implement Occupational Health and Safety standards

    Skills and Experience Required

    The municipality requires:

    • Registered professionals with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
    • Professional Engineers or Technologists in Water and Sanitation

    Minimum Experience

    • At least 3 years post-registration experience
    • Wastewater treatment infrastructure experience
    • Design and supervision experience on similar projects
    • Tender documentation and contract management experience
    • Site supervision and quality control expertise

    Additional Requirements

    • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
    • Knowledge of environmental legislation
    • Strong stakeholder communication skills
