Purpose of the Tender

Technical Requirements
Bidders must:
- Obtain official bid documents from the Supply Chain Management Unit
- Submit completed:
- MBD forms
- GCC documents
- Returnable documents
- Provide:
- Recent reference/project reports (not older than 3 months)
- Municipal account confirmation or valid lease agreement
- Business address confirmation where applicable
- Ensure quotation submission is on official company letterhead
- Purchase the official bid document directly from the municipality
Failure to purchase bid documents directly from the municipality may lead to disqualification.
