Responsibilities:

Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, safe dispensing, and generic substitution in line with SAPC regulations.

Deliver professional patient advice and counselling in accordance with Good Pharmacy Practice and company standards.

Manage stock efficiently, ensuring accurate administration, shrinkage control, and compliance with merchandising standards.

Oversee and mentor Pharmacist Assistants and Interns in line with SAPC requirements.

Achieve dispensary and clinic sales and compliance targets.

Drive customer loyalty by delivering an excellent service experience and promoting club card participation.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and healthcare partners.

Ensure operational viability and integration with clinic and healthcare offerings.
Qualifications:
-
Registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).

Retail pharmacy experience (essential).
-
Unisolve experience (preferred).
-
Strong knowledge of SAPC regulations, stock control, risk management, and patient care.

Computer literacy and strong financial acumen.
