Key Responsibilities:

Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing, including generic substitution.

Manage dispensary operations including stock control, shrinkage prevention, housekeeping, and administration.

Meet dispensary and clinic sales and compliance targets.

Oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns in line with SAPC requirements.

Drive customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Foster strong working relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres.

Collaborate with clinic and healthcare aisle teams to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.

Uphold and promote the company’s vision and values.
Required Knowledge & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of SAPC regulations, pharmacy practice, and ethical compliance.

Expertise in stock, cost, risk, and compliance management.

Excellent patient care and professional counselling skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.

Retail pharmacy experience.
