Responsibilities:
Perform all administrative duties within the parts department
Assist with stock counts, including cycle and perpetual inventory counts
Handle cashier duties, process purchase orders (POs) and customer payments per company procedures
Support Parts Sales Consultants as needed
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (compulsory)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role in the motor or parts industry
Skills and Competencies:
Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
