    Responsibilities:

    • Attend to cash-related transactions including walk-in customer service and ATM maintenance

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, and security standards

    • Accurately assess customer needs and provide prompt, efficient service

    • Follow laid-down processes for bulk cash handling and frontline support

    • Assist in ensuring seamless daily cash operations within the branch

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification (compulsory)

    Experience:

    • 1–2 years’ experience in branch banking (compulsory)

    • Knowledge of bulk cash handling, ATMs, and frontline banking operations

    • Familiarity with banking procedures and legal aspects of cash handling

    • Understanding of various branch departments and their functions
