Responsibilities:

Attend to cash-related transactions including walk-in customer service and ATM maintenance

Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, and security standards

Accurately assess customer needs and provide prompt, efficient service

Follow laid-down processes for bulk cash handling and frontline support

Assist in ensuring seamless daily cash operations within the branch
Qualifications:

Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification (compulsory)
Experience:

1–2 years’ experience in branch banking (compulsory)

Knowledge of bulk cash handling, ATMs, and frontline banking operations

Familiarity with banking procedures and legal aspects of cash handling
