    Responsibilities

    • Conduct research on platform analytics, competitors, and market trends to inform campaign strategies.

    • Upload and manage marketing assets across paid media platforms.

    • Define and implement target market parameters around planned campaigns.

    • Manage and optimise campaign spend to ensure maximum ROI.

    • Perform keyword research and implement optimisation strategies (Google).

    • Design and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.

    • Generate and analyse performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, and other analytics tools.

    • Stay current with paid media trends, SEO/SEM developments, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Certification in paid media advantageous).

    • 3–5 years’ experience in search engine platforms (Google primary).

    • 3–5 years’ experience in SEO (Google focus).

    • Experience in higher education or youth markets advantageous.

    • Proven track record of successful campaign management.

    Competencies

    • Strong writing and editing skills for campaign assets.

    • Expertise in campaign management and optimisation.

    • In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM (Google).

    • Proficiency across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

    • Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).
