Job Description
The YES (Youth Employment Service) Opportunity Programme offers young South Africans a valuable opportunity to enter the job market and gain practical work experience within a dynamic retail environment.
Successful candidates will be placed in one of TFG’s retail brands to gain hands-on experience, workplace exposure, and foundational career skills over a 12-month contract.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed to build employability and workplace readiness.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:

Be between 18 and 28 years old

Have Matric (preferred but not strictly required)

Be available to work a fixed-term 12-month contract
-
Not have been permanently employed with a single employer for more than 1 continuous year
-
Not be studying full-time during April 2026 – March 2027

Not have participated in the YES programme before

Arrange own accommodation and transport (if applicable)
