    Job Overview

    Smollan is seeking a University Activator to represent and promote Red Bull across university environments in the Free State.

    This role focuses on driving brand visibility, sales growth, and promotional activities on campus, ensuring the brand stands out through effective territory coverage, stakeholder engagement, and retail execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Territory Coverage Management

    • Manage and cover assigned university territories effectively

    • Build relationships with campus stakeholders and retail partners

    Perfect Store Execution

    • Ensure correct product placement and brand visibility in stores

    • Maintain brand standards and merchandising guidelines

    Stock Management

    • Monitor stock levels and availability

    • Ensure continuous supply of Red Bull products in retail outlets

    POS (Point of Sale) Management

    • Ensure POS materials are correctly placed and maintained

    • Implement promotional displays and marketing materials

    Administration & Reporting

    • Track sales performance and territory activities

    • Submit regular reports on promotions, stock, and market insights

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build relationships with store managers, campus partners, and internal teams

    • Support marketing and promotional campaigns

    Minimum Requirements

    Experience

    • 2–3 years’ sales experience in the retail environment

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or NQF Level 5 qualification

    • Higher or Advanced Certificate

    Other Requirements

    • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
