The scope of this tender includes:

- 20MP USB3.0 cameras with Sony Exmor 1″ sensors, capable of 15 FPS, including InSight Basic software
- Canon R100 camera: 24.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor, DIGIC 8 processor, 4K 24p video, Dual Pixel CMOS AF, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, RF lens compatibility
- Canon EOS 1 R mirrorless camera: 30.3MP full-frame CMOS, UHD 4K30 video, Dual Pixel CMOS AF, OLED viewfinder, swivel touchscreen
- Accessories:
- Flash transmitters, outdoor flash kits, tripods, reflectors, softboxes
- Color calibration tools
- Delivery:
- Deliver all equipment to 36 Aliwal Street, Bloemfontein
Technical Requirements

- Proven experience in supplying and delivering photographic equipment to institutional clients
- Technical expertise in handling, installation, and calibration of cameras and accessories
- Ability to provide software support and training for measurement, camera control, and color calibration tools
- Compliance with procurement regulations: company registration, tax compliance, proof of local business operation
- Capacity to meet delivery deadlines and provide after-sales support
