Project Overview
Maluti-a-Phofung Water (SOC) Ltd invites suitably qualified suppliers to supply and deliver ISO-grade lubricating oil for pumps to its Phuthaditjhaba facility. The objective of this procurement is to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of water pumping systems through the timely provision of high-quality lubricants that meet the required technical standards.
Detailed Scope of Work
1. Supply of Pump Oil

Supply ISO-grade lubricating oil suitable for pump applications.

Acceptable grades include:

ISO 46

ISO 68

ISO 100

Oil must meet relevant industry quality and performance standards.
2. Quantity and Packaging

Supply oil in 210-litre drums.

Drums must be properly sealed, labelled, and safe for transport and storage.
3. Delivery

Deliver the oil to Maluti-a-Phofung Water, Phuthaditjhaba.

Supplier is responsible for all logistics, transportation, and off-loading.

Delivery must occur within the timeframe specified in the RFQ.
4. Compliance and Documentation

Ensure compliance with all technical specifications and bid requirements.

Provide product specifications, quality certifications, and delivery documentation if required.

Adhere to Maluti-a-Phofung Water procurement policies.
