Job Overview
The Sales Executive is a field-based sales role within the Kazang Merchant Division. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, sales of Kazang devices and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Executive operates with full autonomy, managing their own territory as if it were their own business, ensuring quality service delivery and achievement of sales targets.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, experience in client sales, and the ability to engage with informal traders and vendors. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding Kazang’s footprint in Mangaung West and ensuring strong product visibility and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor sales performance weekly and implement strategies to meet goals.
Device Installation
Install and configure Kazang devices at merchant locations.
Provide basic training and support to merchants.
Market Expansion
Identify and engage with informal vendors and new business areas.
Expand market reach and increase merchant network.
Product Availability & Visibility
Ensure products are visible and available within the assigned territory.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants to support product adoption.
Revenue Growth
Achieve average revenue per unit (ARPU) targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Team Collaboration
Work effectively with sales reps and other team members.
Support a productive and growth-focused team environment.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
1–2 years of client sales experience
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Fluent in English and at least one other African language

Computer literate in:
Windows
Microsoft Outlook
Excel
